My work environment at Walmart:

What can I say about working for Walmart in only a few minutes only that this place sucks and the management here is the main reason for this. I think I somehow hoped that the environment here would eventually improve but but it hasn't happened at all. It is very obvious that managers have their agenda which conflicts with what is good for sales associates. It is not like all assistant managers have the same agenda like there is some conspiracy but they have personal ones that they pursue and the current environment is condusive to them pursuing their personal agendas. It is no wonder that these assistant managers will defend the status quo company culture in which all are miserable accept the assistant managers.
