Walmart a culture of disrepect:

It is not surprising that I worked today being the weekend and Father's Day at that. One of my co-workers could not believe that people have not finished their shopping. I can believe it knowing these people as I do which is scary! I was supposed to leave at 6pm but instead ended up staying until 6:30pm and I gave up one of my breaks. There was no help in sight which is not what I had envisioned when I started at Walmart. I expected so much more but got so much less. I do not know why I waste my time with these fuckers. Hopefully though I will not have to do so much longer. These ignorant assistant managers cannot give me back the time in my live that they have ruined by creating a work environment so dismal that the stench of it lingers long after my shift is over. To see first-hand how one of our managers abused a sales-floor associate ordering him when his shift was nearly over to get a Dell computer inorder to fill the shelf and then complaining about it was simply shameful when you consider how large a number of electronics customers we have to serve throughout the shift. When do we get time to go into receiving to get a computer to fill the shelf. Is this not the people that work in receiving duty to place the stock in a position in order to be stocked? The night crew was just starting their shifts is this not what they are largely paid for? Sorry I cannot help you sir I have to go way into the warehouse in order to fill this shelf you see behind you. Feel free to help yourself as there is only one other person in the department and he is cashing people out by the game aisle. Fucking idiot manager! No wonder I no longer want to work here anymore.
