got in a huge fight with my boss and don't want to come in on saturday:

I don't want to go to work tommorow! I really don't. I had a fight with my manager which got heated and was in front of a bunch of employees that were closing that day at the night meeting and continued afterwards about how we serve customers.

It is his point that he want the phone to be answered at all costs. I disagree with this because it is quite disrespectful when you are serving a customer to leave them so that you can answer the phone even if it is just momentarily.

I hope I can find another job soon as I can no longer tolerate the stupidity of management at Walmart. Apparently he was getting calls from head office management about people not picking up the phones and that is the only reason he is concern in the matter.

I was calling for a store carry out of a tv and it was amazing how quickly he scurried into the back so he could ignore my calls for assistance. He busy all right. He busy sitting on his ass. I'll be damned if I will let morons like this guy waste anymore of my time. Just a tip. Don't work at Walmart.
