My new boss his shown his ruthless side:

I was so disgusted at my new workplace and it seemed so promising but then again time equals enlightenment.

Someone happened to draw something on one of the stalls in the washroom and because of this the warehouse supervisor was pissed.

Today he made an P.A. announcement stating that he would not tolerate it in his warehouse and that if the person was not found all of us would pay for this person's actions. I lost all respect I had for my supervisor with how he handled the whole situation.

The way he used fear to force future compliance was pathetic that he had to resort to such a morally low level. In my eyes he is no better then a street thug whom also issues threats.

The way he ruthlessly got employees to turn on one another in order to sacrifice someone ultimately as the culprit was dispicable.

With his influence especially the work atmossphere has been irreplecably ruinned and I know that I do not want to work for such a dispicable human being. Time to look for another job and lets hope that I can find something soon.
